PURPOSE:To continuously obtain rotifer in a stable yield by adding rotifer to finely filtered sea water, feeding to a culture tank and culturing rotifer while controlling an amount of feed and an amount of water constantly. CONSTITUTION:Sea water finely filtered by a filter 10 is supplied to a feed tank 12, rotifers are blended with a feed (e.g. marine Chlorella), admixture density of the feed and number of rotifers are properly adjusted, the blend is fed through a passageway 22 and a feed supply pump 18 to a culture tank 14 having a stirrer 26, an air stone device 28, a heater 30 and a temperature sensor 32 and rotifers are culture a while controlling an amount of the feed and an amount of water in the culture tank 14 constantly. Then the culture solution is extracted through a passageway 24 and a rotifer collecting pump 20 to a collecting tank 16 at the same speed as the supply speed of the filtered water blended with the teed. |
