<p>PURPOSE:To improve the moisture-absorption characteristics, air permeability, feeling and external appearance of the metal sheet concerned by a method wherein the leatherlike laminated metal sheet is produced by laminating foamed polyvinyl chloride film and laminating film made of leatherdust-containing film to each other on a metal sheet through adhesive. CONSTITUTION:After being coated with adhesive, the heat activation tempera ture of which is 160 deg.C or lower, metal sheet is heated so that the maximum heat attainable temperature of adhesive bond becomes 160 deg.C or lower. Next, under the above-mentioned heating condition, foamed polyvinyl chloride film and laminating film made of leatherdust-containing film are bonded together through adhesive made of foamed polyvinyl chloride in order to manufacture leatherlike laminated metal sheet. The preferable peel strength of the adhesive bond at 180 deg.C is 3.5kgf/20mm<2>. The preferable coefficient of water absorption of film produced by fusing the foamed polyvinyl chloride layer, the thickness of which is 0.5 - 3.0mm and the expansion ratio of which is 200 - 1,000%, and the leatherdust-containing polyvinyl chloride layer is 10 - 30%. The preferable elongation of the film is 130% or more.</p> |
