<p>A ski carrier (10) is in the form of a generally rigid tube (12) of arcuate cross-sectional shape. The tube (12) is divided into a plurality of compartments (24,26) so that the skis as well as other equipment such as the ski poles may be stored in individual compartments. The skis (S,S) are mounted in their compartments (24,26) in contact with the inner surface of the tube (12) to assure that the bindings (B) of the skis (S,S) are spaced from the walls (28,30) of the tubes (12). One end of the tube is openable for insertion and removal of the skis and other equipment.</p> |
