PURPOSE:To achieve the titled inserting device, which make the cycle work efficient and makes the alignment between a hole and a tube easy, by an insertion machine compulsively inserting a tube to arrange pipe groups and loaded on a table laterally reciprocating and stopping freely. CONSTITUTION:After a table 3 is transversally moved and elevated and fallen and the center line of a head 10 is matched to the center of a pipe plate (a), a model tube is set to an insertion machine 9 and matched to the hole of the pipe plate (a). Two tubes (b) are drawn with a conveyor 2 on the table 3 and are set between rollers 7 and 8 of the machine 9 for clipping with pressure. The tubes (b) are inserted with the driving of a motor 27. When the end of the tubes (b) comes close to the machine 9, a cylinder 37 is extended and connected to the end of the tubes b, a dummy tube is set and the tubes (b) are surely inserted to the pipe plate (a). The cylinder 37 is released and the dummy tube is removed. A pin 26 is picked up, the machine 9 is moved transversally, the pin 26 is inserted to an adjacent hole or a recess 23 by one or 2 pitches for alignment, and the said operations are repeated. |
