PURPOSE:To rapidly cool filmlike member and member to be bonded after lamination bonding by a structure wherein a cooling and carrying means, which carries the filmlike member and the member to be bonded as cooling them after their lamination by bonding, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Filmlike member 10a for lamination and member 10b to be bonded are welded together under heat with a bonding means 6 for lamination. In this case, the heat stored in the filmlike member 10a and in the member 10b to be bonded is carried away by a cooling and carrying means 8 so as to be dissipated while the members are carried and cooled. |
