ADHESIVE FOR ALPHA-OLEFIN POLYMER, LAMINATE AND MOLDING PROCESS

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject adhesive having definite chlorine content and suitable for bonding polyolefin articles with each other by chlorinating a specific olefin polymer containing propylene unit and an alpha-olefin unit. CONSTITUTION:The objective adhesive having a chlorine content of 5-35wt.% is produced by chlorinating an olefin polymer (e.g. propylene/1-butene copolymer) containing propylene unit and 4-6C alpha-olefin unit, having propylene unit content of 60-80mol% and 4-6C alpha-olefin content of 40-20mol% based on the sum of the propylene unit and the alpha-olefin unit and having a crystallinity of 10-50% and an intrinsic viscosity of 0.8-6.0dl/g.
