Bellows of flexible joint for absorbing or damping shocks, which are generated from thermal deformation or repeated vibration, are welded with steel pipe body solidly against cracking or fracturing. The method is composed of two electric resistance welding processes for welding flat part (2') of corrugated multi-layered bellows (2) with horizontal part of joint member (8)(9); inserting process for inserting the outer edge of the members (8)(9) in gap between internal tube (4) and internal peripheral wall (7), and gap between esternal tube (3) and external peripheral wall (6); T1G welding process for welding the esternal tube, the esternal wall with the outer edge of joint member.
