PURPOSE:To obtain a base material for inner packaging which is excellent in its weight, price and the property of matter, and capable of omitting the skin material by cutting glass long-fibers into a certain length for dispersing and laminating them uniformly, and infiltrating urethane modified unsaturated polyester resin thereinto, and then maturing the resin, after that, laminating it on the both sides of a polyurethane foam sheet, and further, integrating them through heat-press molding. CONSTITUTION:Between mold releasing sheet 5, glass fibers 2 cut into a certain length and dispersed and laminated uniformly is infiltrated equally with urethane modified unsaturated polyester resin 3. A reinforcing surface material 4 in which the glass fibers 2 are infiltrated with the resin 3 is wound up, and then, cut during the period of use, or cut immediately after the infiltration by fitting in with the configuration of an article. The reinforcing surface material 4 is sealed with a cellophane film or the like in order to prevent stylene monomer from volatiling and then thickened under mild conditions. The reinforcing surface material 4 in which the resin was thickened is removed the mold releasing sheet 5, and then it is laminated on both sides of a polyurethane foam sheet 1 capable of being heat-molded. The lamination is put into a heat-press molding mold 9 for heat-press molding, and after demolding, a molded base material for inner packaging is removed therefrom. |
