The flood inflow in the tidal phenomenon is used for obtaining a high head electric power generation system. The system is composed of three pressure basins. The first one keeps the internal pressure constant by the operation of the hydraulic turbine pump. The second one is connected to the first pressure basin and keeps the internal pressure. The third one keeps the discharge in the second pressure basin constant.
