<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to smoothly install a speed meter cable without interfering with functional parts in a compartment, by making a jig body tubular and forming a slit for extraction of the cable as extending from a flange formed at one end of the jig body to the other end. CONSTITUTION:A jig body 10 made of resin material or the like is formed in a tubular shape with such a diameter as permitted to be inserted through a hole 3 formed through a dash lower panel 2. The jig body 10 is integrally formed with a flange 11 at one end thereof, and is formed with a slit 12 for extraction of the cable as extending from the other end to the flange 11. The flange 11 is formed with snap portions 13 projecting from one side thereof to the jig body 10 side, the snap portions 13 being adapted to be engaged with holes 3a of the panel 2, while a handle 14 is projected from the other side of the flange 11. After the jig body 10 is inserted into the hole 3, a speed meter cable 1 is inserted into the jig body 10. Accordingly, the cable 1 may be smoothly installed without interfering with functional parts in a compartment.</p> |
