PURPOSE:To prevent the glass run portions of a sash corner portion from being detached from a sash, by separating in an approximate parallel end surfaces which are due to cutting off, and arranging them in a formation mold at an agle equivalent to the refraction angle of the sash corner portion, and conducting the after-formation of a corner piece out of an after-formation material, and integrating in connection two glass main bodies. CONSTITUTION:At a glass run with a corner piece, two glass run main bodies 1, 1 come into contact with each other at contacting surfaces 3a, 3b through a 2-8 mm wide corner piece 3 portion at a base portion 11 and side wall portions 12,13. And respective main lips 14,15 come into contact with each other at contacting surfaces 3c,3d,3e,3f through the corner piece 3 portion at an angle of 30-60 degrees on a parallel surface with the surface of the base portion 11 against a surface which is perpendicular longitudinally, obliquely toward the longitudinal inside of glass run main bodies. Accordingly, even if force acts on a direction in which the contacting angle theta of the glass run opens, cracks do not occur easily at contacting surfaces and develop toward side wall sides, because at main lips 14, 15 portions, their contacting surfaces do not meet at right angles with a peeled-off direction. |
