PURPOSE:To automatically write and produce a message slip and to omit the writing mistakes and the writing labor and time by using a voice recognizing means and a print output means. CONSTITUTION:The message information inputted to a microphone 1 is converted into the character codes and stored in the corresponding storage areas 3a - 3c of a storage circuit 3 with push of buttons 4a - 4c respectively. A display part 5 reads the character codes out of the circuit 3 and displays them on a screen. When a button 6a is pushed, a print output part 6 reads the character codes out of the circuit 3 and outputs a message slip in a prescribed form. Thus it is possible to automatically produce a message slip which transmits the contents of the message received via a telephone, etc., just by inputting the voices. Then the writing mistakes and the writing labor and time can be omitted and the smooth reception is secured to the telephone calls. |
