<p>PURPOSE:To attain the effective use of a medium storage cell by detecting a working medium storage cell where the ejected status of an ejected medium is not ejected yet, and attaining the use of the medium storage cell. CONSTITUTION:A conflicting medium storage means 4 stores a medium storage cell control table showing the using states of the medium storage cells as a control file 8 and a conflicting medium control table where a medium name and a cell address are registered if such a conflict occurs to the medium that no medium is included, then the corresponding medium storage cell when an access is supplied to the medium of the medium storage cell. Then the means 4 decides whether a process shifted from an address deciding means 1 is equal to a conflicting medium recovering process or a conflicting medium registering process. When a conflicting medium registering process is confirmed, a control file updating means 6 registers the medium name and the cell address into a conflict medium control table and sets a usable state of the cell address on a medium storage cell control table. As a result, the availability of a medium storage cell is improved.</p> |
