PURPOSE:To convert input data to output data by an application program without paying attention to the output form by sharing the processing of code conversion. CONSTITUTION:A code conversion processing program 2 performs code conversion to the output form in accordance with designated encoded data and the encoded data length by the processing classification, and thereafter, the program 2 sets a pointer of a storage area of data to a designated pointer area and returns the data length (the number of bytes) after conversion to a designated area. The code conversion processing is shared in this manner to convert input data to output data by an application program 1 without paying attention to the output form. |
