PURPOSE:To execute the magnification conversion at a high speed, and also, to execute the magnification conversion at every divided area of a size corresponding to necessary accuracy by executing the magnification conversion in a state of an analog signal. CONSTITUTION:In a digital - analog converting process 11, first data for showing a pattern is converted into a first analog signal, and in a signal converting process 12, a first analog signal is converted into a second analog signal corresponding to desired magnification. Subsequently, in an analog - digital converting process 13, a second analog signal is converted into a digital signal and second data is obtained. In such a way, in the signal converting process 12, a second analog signal is generated by an analog signal processing, therefore, comparing with the case second data is generated by a digital processing from first data, the processing time is scarcely influenced by pattern data, and the conversion processing time can be converted into a high speed. |
