PURPOSE: To hold the impedance as seen from both ends of a connector surely at a constant level by disposing second capacitive coupling means by about a quarter wavelength of a signal transmitted through a coaxial cable from first capacitive coupling means. CONSTITUTION: The circulation of a refrigerant through a connector 10 is conducted from an outlet pipe 280 located at the non-superconducting section of a connector 200, the refrigerant flows passing a center conductors 110, 210, and can flow out from the connector 10 as shown by an arrow 290. A coupling capacitor inner conductor coupling capacitor C1 and an outer conductor capacitor C2 are disposed at an interval of about a quarter wavelength, and the reactance fluctuation against the impedance of a transmission line by the first capacitor C1 is arranged to be cancelled by the second capacitor C2 which is one member of a pair of coupling capacitors. Thereby, impedance seen from both ends of a connector can be surely held at a very close value to the characteristics impedance of the transmission line.
