PURPOSE:To prevent a rim slip and improve the anti-fatigue quality of a carcass near a bead portion, by forming the up carcass into a linear shape along a radial direction from a head core winding around position, and also, specifying a height which is from the rim to the linear shape terminal portion, with relation to a nominal rim width and a nominal tire width. CONSTITUTION:An up carcass 12 which is wound around a bead core 16 and which constitutes a side wall portion 20, is formed into a linear shape portion 25 which is along a tire radial direction from a winding around position to the bead core 16, under a pressure condition that is static and also less than 5% of a regular internal pressure. And the percentage of a height H1 which is from the linear shape portion 25 terminal rim,against a tire section height Hs, is set at a value which is more than a value added with 10 and less than a value added with 20, against a value which is obtained by dividing the percentage of a norminal rim width Wr against a norminal tire width Wt by 4. As a result, a rim slip is prevented, and the anti-fatigue quality of the carcass near the bead can be improved. |
