PURPOSE: To shield only required places by providing positioning strips in which only bottom plates and spacers are left, and longitudinal spring strips and lateral spring strips having cutouts and hooks for mutual holding. CONSTITUTION: On one side of a back wall wiring plate 1 holding a knife-shaped contacts 4, a cable plug 7 is inserted into the knife-shaped contacts 4, and on the other side, a construction member is fitted in the knife-shaped contacts 4. When proper shielding is required, metal-made longitudinal spring strips 5 and lateral spring strips 6 are thrust into holes for the knife-shaped contacts 4 via thrusting tip portions 15. The end portions of the longitudinal spring strips 5 and the lateral spring strips 6 are provided with cutouts 10 or hooks 9, the cutouts and the hooks are engages with each other, and deviations from thicknesses by spring force are permissible in unfavorable cases. Thereby, the shielding of the whole positioning strips 2 are not required any more, and rather the shielding of predetermined portion units is required.
