PURPOSE: To manufacture a plastic extrudably melt by using a foaming agent to meet a circumferential environment by melting the plastic and injecting water and the agent into the melt. CONSTITUTION: The molding machine 5 has a melting region 1, a pressure rising region 1a, a pouring region 2, a foaming agent injecting region 3 and cooling and delivering region 4. A polystyrol granule is filled in a hopper 6, and fused by a screw 8 rotating in an extruder casing 7. A melt is urged via a blister 9, and arrived at the region 2. A steam is injected by an injection nozzle 12 into the melt, mixed by the screw, and raised to a melt pressure in the region 3. A nitrogen as the agent is injected by a nozzle 13, and the melt is strongly mixed and cooled by a screw rotation in the cooling and delivering region 4, supplied into an extrusion head 14. The melt is fed out from a ring nozzle 15, and foamed to a layer for forming a hose 16 immediately after the flow out. |
