A carpet-care brush having a handle 1 and a base plate which comprises two sections 2,3 forming an angle one with the other. The one section has a first row of bristle tufts 6 and a second row of teeth 5, which second row lies parallel with the first. The bristle tufts and the teeth are arranged mutually displaced. The first section is used for removing dust, fluff, hairs, for example from animals, from a carpet. The first section is also used to give the surface of a pile-like carpet a uniform appearance made free from footprints, whilst the second section is used for combing the fringes of the carpet whilst simultaneously brushing the fringes. <IMAGE> |
