PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition which prevents the metallic part of a molding machine or a molding die from corroding or rusting and prevents a molding from undergoing deterioration, etc., by heat or ultraviolet rays, by using a molten mixture of a hydrotalcite devoid of the water of crystallization with a lubricant as an effective component. CONSTITUTION:A difficulty agglomeratable powdery hydrotalcite is heated at 150-300 deg.C for several tens of min to several days to obtain a hydrotalcite (a) devoid of the water of crystallization. A lubricant (b) selected from among a 10-30 C saturated fatty acid which may be substituted with 1-3 OH groups, its ester, amide or metal salt, a low molecular polyolefin polymer, a mixture thereof, etc. (e.g. polyethylene wax) is melted by heating to 100-200 deg.C, and 1-90wt.% component (a) is added to the obtained melt to obtain the subject composition having a molten mixture of components (a) and (b) as an effective component. 100 pts.wt. halogenated resin is mixed with 0.1-20 pts.wt. above composition. |
