PURPOSE:To enable the visual management of the inside of joint welded part, by butt welding through the insertion of an inserting ring to the butt part of pipes with partly opened ring. CONSTITUTION:An opening 4, 5-8mm. in open distance (l) is provided to an insertion ring 3. This insertion ring is inserted to butt part of the base materials 1 and 1, and the butt welding is made by a TIG welding method using non-wear tungusten electrode, then since the inside of pipes can visually be observed through the opening 4, the generation of excessive welding and the molten state of the route can surely and easily be monitored. |
