PURPOSE:To enable stabilized operation irrespective of fluctuations in thermal load of superconductivity equipment by installing at least one low temperature transportation means which is connected with a vessel and each super fluid helium generation unit and distributes super fluid helium. CONSTITUTION:A superconductivity magnet 1 is housed in a vessel 3 insulated and supported in a high vacuum tank 2 and submerged in and cooled with the super fluid helium filled in the vessel 3. The vessel 3 is connected with a super fluid helium vessel 5 for a super fluid helium generation unit 5 by way of a low temperature transportation means which comprises a pipeline 7 penetrating through a space (highly insulated section) maintained under highly vacuum and insulated state inside a pipeline 6. During steady operation, the heat generated in the superconductivity magnet 1 is transferred to the super fluid helium vessel 5 swiftly by a counter flow within the super fluid helium by filling the vessel 3, the super fluid helium vessel 5 and the pipeline 7 with the super fluid helium so that the heat may be removed at a low temperature generation section (surface vaporizing section) of super fluid helium. |
