PURPOSE:To make the agitation of a processing liquid and the replacement of the liquid efficient, by providing plural solenoid switching valves, a pump for charging the processing liquid to a tank, and a pump for discharging the processing liquid and driving these solenoid switching valves and pumps in a prescribed order. CONSTITUTION:A development processing tank 1, dry plates 2 arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction in the processing tank 1, pipes 3 and 4 for charging and discharging a processing liquid, a charging pump 5, a discharging pump 6, a tank 7 for preserving a developer 13 and a fixer 14 at a constant temperature, an end part 8 of a lower opened pipe connected to a water pipe, an end part 9 of a discharge path, and solenoid switching valves 10 and 11 are provided. The charging pump 5, the discharging pump 6, and solenoid switching valves 10 and 11 connected to these pumps are controlled sequentially in a predetermined order by an electronic controller 12 to perform the development processing. |
