PURPOSE:To prepare a standard sample for calibration of a measuring instrument quickly, by pouring a fixed quantity of a standard solution and a buffer solution into a regulation vessel and heating for a fixed time and then, transferring into a filter vessel set with a filter paper and filtering it. CONSTITUTION:Pouring of a cobalt standard solution 2 and pouring of water and a buffer solution 3 are carried out following to the heating of a vessel 1 and pH is adjusted to a prescribed value and then, heating 4 is carried out for about ten minutes. Said solution is poured into a filter vessel set with a filter paper at a lower part and transportation of the solution 5 is carried out. Further, pressure is reduced by a suction pump etc. so as to finish the filtration of the solution in 20-30min and a filtration 6 is carried out. The filtration is finished in a prescribed time even when sucking force of the filtration is not so high as a case of normal temperature and the standard sample is prepared in a short time because adsorption reaction is accelerated moreover by making the liquid temperature of the solution to reach 96 deg.C by heating 4 and also, the resistance for the filter paper is weakened by lowering the viscosity of the solution. |
