PURPOSE:To obtain a joint with little adhesion defect by feeding a heated gas in a hollow resin shaft with a sealed one end from another opening and jointing a terminal member through an adhesive so as to seal the other end of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 1 is supported by means of supporting tools 4 and 5 and a press-fit apparatus 6 clamping a yoke 2 is placed at one end side of the shaft 1. A facing tool 7 is brought into contact with another end of the shaft 1 and an end of the yoke 2 is pressed on the shaft 1 by means of the press-fit apparatus 6. In this instance, the periphery of the press-fit end of the yoke 2 is coated in advance with an epoxy fast cure type adhesive. After press- fit of the yoke 2 on one end side is completed, a blow-off duct 13 of a heated air feeding apparatus 12 is inserted in the shaft 1 from another end side and a heated air is fed. Just after the heated air is filled in the shaft 1, a yoke 3 for the other end side is press-fitted. In this case, the periphery of the end of the yoke 3 is also coated in advance with an adhesive. The jointed parts are heated to cure the adhesives. |
