PURPOSE:To eliminate a wasteful keyboard operation and picture transition time by providing one called program managing file to manage program call information uniformly, etc. CONSTITUTION:Three kinds of records, a record 2-3 for menu number call, a record 2-4 for function key call, and a record 2-5 for completion key call, are stored in the called program managing file 1-4. A program ID and a menu number are stored in the record 2-3 as key items, and also, a called program ID is stored. Also, the record 2-3 is used as the one for menu display, and stores menu display information of one row consisting of a space, a color, and a menu content. A work station number and the ID of a function key are stored in the record 2-4 as the key items, and a called program ID is stored in the record.
