An arrangement for ventilation, and if required temp. control and/or air conditioning, of an omonibus passenger compartment treats the transverse rows of seats as groups. Each group has an independent device mounted on the compartment side wall to measure the air flowing transversely into the compartment. The device also measures the air temp. independently of the air throughput and of other air parameters. Its state is displayed to the driver. USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. for omnibusses with large numbers of seats. Driver is easily able to decide what manual control to exert on arrangement.
