PURPOSE:To eliminate a useless copy accompanied with the accidental change of a pattern and to improve the reliability of a copying machine by displaying that it is the pattern to be read out and the registered number of the pattern on a specified control panel by the use of a copy pattern memory function. CONSTITUTION:For example, when a pattern readout mode is selected by depressing a job memory key 5 once, a CPU 10 instructs a current driving circuit 8 to turn on a light emitting diode D1. Then, a readout display part 6 flickers to inform an operator that the mode is the readout mode. When the registered number of the copy pattern to be read out is inputted by using ten keys 1, the CPU 10 judges whether the copy pattern of the inputted registered number has been already registered in a nonvolatile memory 11. In the case that the copy pattern has been registered, the CPU 10 instructs the current driving circuit 8 to switch the diode D1 from flickering to lighting, then the registered number is displayed on a display part 4 for several seconds and the copy pattern is set. Thus, the undesirable copy caused by the accidental change is prevented from being obtained. |
