<p>PURPOSE:To enable a presenter to easily attain the accurate presentation in an easy-to-understand way by analyzing the change of the numerical information and specifying the areas requiring the explanations. CONSTITUTION:An input part 1 is prepared together with a conversion part 2, a storage part 3, an explanation presentation part 4, a presentation rule storage part 5, an analysis part 6, a display part 7, and a control part 8. The areas requiring the explanations are specified with analysis of the change performed by the part 6, and the part 4 presents the balloons, for example, at these specified areas. Thus a presenter writes captions into these balloons and then performs the presentation in accordance with the contents of those balloons in an actual presentation state. In such a constitution, the presenter can explain the necessary information to the audience in an easy-to-understand way.</p> |
