PURPOSE:To improve the program developing efficiency by evolving a registered logic to a terminal and correcting the logic at the terminal even in the editing state of a text. CONSTITUTION:A retrieving part 2 retrieves a similar logic stored in a register file 7 which is designated by the name of a similar logic included in a text with a development instruction given from a terminal 6. Thus a replacement part 3 replaces the similar logic with the designated contents based on the replacement contents of the similar logic in the text. Then a developing part 4 evolves the similar logic replaced by the part 3 to a text. Therefore, since a registered logic is evolved to the terminal 6 even in an editing state of the text, the terminal 6 can correct the logic and the program developing efficiency is improved.
