The fastening is for a motorcycle pannier case. It has a holder, projecting into the case, and fastened on a lug on the motorcycle, and a locking device, which engages with a fixture on the motor cycle. The case (10,12) is located above the exhaust (24,25) and sideward from the seat (26). The lug is located on the frame, between seat and silencer, and is formed as a locking flap. The locking device (16,18) consists of a lock, fastened to the case, for connection to a crossbar (32,34) of the motorcycle. ADVANTAGE - Can also be used as conventional suitcase.
