PURPOSE:To omit the input of each parameter in the development of a program by storing each parameter for the start-up of the editing, the translation, the combination, and the execution of the program into a file for development when they are performed. CONSTITUTION:The selection menu of respective processing for the registration of the parameter and the edit, the translation, the combination, and the execution of the program is displayed on a picture display part 1-1. The processing is decided by interpreting an instruction from a keyboard 1-2, and when the processing is the one for the registration of parameter data, the parameter data is inquired to the display part 1-1. The parameter data from a keyboard is registered on the file 1-9 for development via an input/output part 1-7 corresponding to the edit, the translation, the coupling, and the execution of the program. When the processing shows the edit, the translation, the combination, and the execution of the program, the parameter data registered conforming to a corresponding processing is read out from the file 1-9. Then, the corresponding program out of the programs 1-10 to 13 for the edit, the translation, the combination, and the execution is started up via a start-up part 1-8.
