PURPOSE:To maintain the fluency of a voice and simultaneously, to increase a clearness by inserting a silence in an optimum time length between single sounds at the time of executing a reproduction in arbitrarily combining single sound voices. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a single sound editing, a silence control part 40 always inserts optimum silence information by a silence algorithm control information received from a central control unit 10 between the single sounds, and an adjustment is executed so that a single sound edited reproducing voice can be made smooth and simultaneously, the clearness can be made optimum. Voice information edited by a voice editing control part 50 is inputted to an editing buffer part 60 and stores in the editing buffer 60 until a voice sending start instruction arrives from the central control unit 10. By the editing buffer part 60, the voice information stored in the buffer is successively sent to a voice reproducing part 70 in receiving the voice sending instruction of the central control unit 10. Thus, the fluency can be maintained for the voice, and simultaneously, the clearness can be increased. |
