A valve block, in particular for slip-controlled hydraulic brake systems, comprises magnetic coils (1) lodged in a plurality of valve domes (6), insulating sheaths cast around the magnetic coils (1), and a contact support (2) containing a plurality of electrical conductors (4). The insulating material (10) surrounding the magnetic coils (1) forms an integral unit together with the contact support (2). The valve block possesses properties which facilitate manufacture and enhance operating safety, which in turn makes for ease of modular assembly and servicing.
