PURPOSE:To include even a clock component psi by adding a frequency dividing circuit, a counting circuit, a selecting signal generating circuit, a selecting circuit and an external trigger synchronizing circuit, thereby eliminating bipolar violation periodically. CONSTITUTION:The generator is provided with a frequency dividing circuit 8 outputting 4 kinds of clocks different from each other, a counting circuit 9 receiving the output of a bipolar violation control circuit 3 to count the number of times of generation of violation, a selecting circuit 11 switching the connection of a timing pulse generating circuit 5 and a bipolar pulse conversion circuit 6, a selecting signal generating circuit 10 sending a switching signal to the select circuit 11 with a pulse outputted from the counting circuit 9 and an external trigger synchronizing circuit 12 outputting a reset pulse eliminating the bipolar violation, and a clock phi1 is outputted at the production period of dipolar violation, a clock phi2 is outputted by the polarity change in the bipolar pulse and a clock psi is outputted by eliminating the bipolar violation. |
