PURPOSE:To prevent interference between effective power and reactive power by compensating output signals from an effective power controller and a reac tive power controller based on a signal in which resistance component of system reactor is considered thereby enabling inverter output control where fluctuation of effective power due to the resistance component of reactor is compensated. CONSTITUTION:A reactive power reference signal Q* is multiplied by a gain constant to be determined by the ratio between the resistance component R and the inductance component L of system reactor 3, in a gain circuit 11a, then the product is added to the output from an effective power controller 6 through an adder 12a. In a gain circuit 11b, an effective power reference signal P* is multiplied by the gain constant then the product is added negatively to the output from a reactive power controller 7. Since the adder outputs P0 and Q are effective and reactive power command signals being compensated by a signal in which the resistance component of system reactor is considered, an inverter 2 can be controlled through a variable operating unit 8 so that fluctuation of effective power due to the resistance component of system reactor is compensated and thereby interference between effective power and reactive power can be prevented. |
