METHOD OF LOW-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE TUBES PRODUCTION

The purpose of the solution is to produce low-density polyethylene tubes with new utility properties. This purpose is achieved in the following manner: Polyethylene with corrosion at tension of at least 400 h, with tensile strength on the yield point of at least 10.5 MPa, with soot content ranging from 2.0 to 2.5 percent by weight and its dispersion according to classification number 13 and background at most 3 is extruded on extrusion device at a temperature of 150 to 185 degrees C. The subject of solution can be used in plastic material processing industry for production of tubes for distribution of liquid and gas media, to which the above mentioned polymer is resistant or conditionally resistant, mainly for distribution of drinking and irrigation water.<IMAGE>
