The connection for the width control of the shifting light track can be used with machines for production of light and image effects. The connection can achieve the width change of the shifting light track. The merit of the connection lies in the mutual interconnection of two counters (2, 3) of the generator (4) of fixed frequency and the voltage-controlled generator (5) of the light track. The individual combinations of the light effects can be selected by the switch (7), which as required links the control terminals (01, 02, 03, 04) of the divider-by-two (6) to the ground. The output of the divider-by-two (6) is connected with the terminal (UD) of the counting direction of the second counter (3). The divider-by-two (6) is connected by two signal terminals (S1, S2) to the first input (Q1) of the generator (4) of fixed frequency and to the voltage-controlling terminal (J2) of the voltage-controlled generator (5) of the light track. The first counter (2) is connected to the shift generator (1). The source (9) of the audio signal is connected to the voltage-controlling terminal (J2) via the rectifier (8).<IMAGE>
