An oil burner for heating indoor air comprises a fan (53) and a fan motor (54) for leading convection of indoor heated air and simultaneously supplying the heated air to a carburettor (42), an air collector (56) for collecting the indoor air with the actuation of the fan and the fan motor, an electronic valve (58) for supplying the collected air to the carburettor (42), a personal computor (60) for controlling all the burning processes, and an electronic valve controller (69) for controlling the heated air quantity according to the output signal of the personal computer.
