<p>PURPOSE:To detect a zero-phase-sequence voltage with higher accuracy by integrally forming a voltage dividing device for detecting the zero-phase-sequence voltage and another voltage dividing device detecting an inphase voltage and a voltage to ground through an insulating component. CONSTITUTION:The voltage dividing device 25 is constituted of a cylindrical ring 25a provided on the inner peripheral side of the insulating component 27 and a cylindrical ring 25b provided on the outer peripheral side of the component 27, and the voltage dividing device 26 is similarly constituted of a cylindrical ring 26a provided on the outer peripheral side and a cylindrical ring 26b provided on the outer peripheral side, then an electrostatic capacitance at the high voltage side is formed by a current applying conductor in a container 1 and the cylindrical rings 25a, 26a, and the electrostatic capacitance on the low voltage side is formed by the cylindrical rings 25a, 26a and 25b, 26b. The zero-phase-sequence voltage, inphase voltage and voltage to ground are detected by a photoelectric sensor 16. An electrostatic induction affecting to the cylindrical rings 25a, 26a from high voltage movable contacts in adjacent phases is shielded by the grounded cylindrical rings 25b, 26b, and an electrostatic balance is kept for the electrostatic capacitances of voltage dividing devices 25, 26 without the change in all of three phases.</p> |
