COMBINED PRS 416-PLASMID CODING THERMOSTABLE ALPHA-AMYLASE'S INCREASED PRODUCTION IN STREPTOMYCETES

摘要

Re-combined pRS416-plasmid containing divisible genetic information in the 8.3 kb by a large insertion of chromosomal DNA from Thermomonospora curvata, coding production of thermo-stable alpha-amylase in streptomycetes. Re-combined pRS416-plasmid is replicated and stored in cells of the Streptomyces lividans TK24 strain, stored in the Czechoslovak Library of Micro-organisms of J. E. Purkyne University in Brno under reference number CCM 4111, and can be used for the preparation of thermo-stable alpha-amylase coded by the re-combined plasmid, particularly in the textile industry for colouring material.
