PURPOSE:To prevent the theft of a storage medium and the leak of data by constraining the storage medium in a pull-out-incapable condition by a constraining means immediately after the storage medium is loaded and preventing it from being pulled out until a just pass-word is inputted. CONSTITUTION:A storage medium 6 is made pull-out-incapable by a constraining means 11 when it is loaded to an information processor. At the time of pulling out the storage medium 6 from the information processor after the prescribed processing of information is completed, a specific pass-word is inputted by an input means 3. For the pass-word to be inputted, whether or not it is just corresponding to data stored in the storage medium 6 is decided by a deciding means, and when the pass-word is just, the constraining means 11 to constrain the storage medium 6 is operated, and the storage medium 6 is made pull-out- capable. When the pass-word does not correspond to the data stored in the storage medium 6, the constraining means 11 is not operated, and the storage medium 6 cannot be pulled out. Thus, the theft of the storage medium 6 and the leak of the data are prevented. |
