DEVICE FOR CORES' AUTOMATIC SLIPPING ON WINDING MACHINES' MANDRELS

摘要

Core exchange is solved by this device for automatic sliding of cores on pin of rolling machines for fibrous materials with opposite direction of rotation serving for releasing brakes of core clamping mechanism. The classic linear movement of the core sliding, which results in damage of front surfaces, is completed by rotational movement. The linear movement of the core clamped by means of pressure segments is ensured by movement of the basic supporting body and rotation movement is ensured by rotation of the supporting hollow cylinder of the cores by low-speed motor across a transmission. The whole device can be installed either in front of each rolling point separately, or it is positioned on mobile track in direction of longitudinal axis of the rolling machine and cores are slided gradually from one position to another.<IMAGE>
