PURPOSE:To prevent loosening of coaxial cable, when the coaxial cable is carried or connector joint work is carried out, by bonding an outer conductor comprising a plurality of shield wires through conductive bond. CONSTITUTION:Outer coating of a coaxial cable 11 is cut off at a point set off by a predetermined length l1 from the end of the coaxial cable and the exposed outer conductor 41 is cut off at a position set off by a predetermined length l2 from the end of the coaxial cable. The exposed outer conductor 41 is applied uniformly with conductive bond such as solder or conductive adhesive, and a plurality of shield wires constituting the outer conductor 41 are bonded one another. Inner coating 31 is exposed from the cut end of the outer conductor 41 and cut off by a length l3 from the end of the coaxial cable and an inner conductor 21 is exposed.
