PURPOSE:To enhance reliability and to eliminate a noise by interposing composite plastic having a specific multilayer structure between a vibrator and a dynamic element. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor is composed of a vibrator 1 in which a piezoelectric element is adhesively secured to its lower surface, and a dynamic element 2. Composite plastic 3 having a multilayer structure in which the voids of frictional contact surface with the vibrator 1 are smallest and increased toward its interior in a thickness direction is interposed on the surface of the element 2 between the element 2 and the vibrator 1. As a result, vibration can be efficiently excited. |
