The goal of the design is to create light thermal insulation on the outer walls of factory buildings. To this purpose, the projections (3) of a corrugated steel plate (2) of the lining of building walls are equipped with anchoring brackets (4) with attached loops (5) of tie wire, whose free strands (6, 7) are tied up and interlaced, and with a wire netting (9), which reinforces the insulation heat panel (8).<IMAGE>
