SHEET-IRON STRIP FOR ELECTRIC ROTATING MACHINE'S RIBBED FRAME

The solution concerns the metal strip, which forms the frame by curling, on which the cooling ribs are formed by pre-pressed bends. The goal of the solution is to improve the heat transfer from the machine rotor into the frame. The mentioned goal is achieved by the fact that a plastic hinge (6) is mounted between each pair of the cooling ribs (2), e.g. by forming a channel (9) in the form of a groove, and the metal strip (1) between the plastic hinges (6) has the shape of a cylinder segment, whose radius of the surface (7), opposite to the cooling ribs (2), equals the radius of the outer surface of the stator (8) that is decreased by the pressing overlap.<IMAGE>
