Impregnating end piece for renewal of permeation tube content consists of an impregnating nipple connected with a permeation tube across a closing valve, which is sealed by an outer ring with a rubber sealing and a sealing insertion between the closing valve and the impregnating nipple, and of a renewable closing nipple, on which there is a permeation tube made of polymer material, attached by a clamping sleeve. The impregnating end piece enables to renew the content of the permeation tube for long-term dosing of standard trace amount (ppm) of mists of volatile liquid during one gravimetric calibration. It offers a possibility of versatile use for various purposes mainly for dosing and calibration.<IMAGE>
