METHOD OF FRONT TOOTHED WHEELS MILLING AND EQUIPMENT FOR CARRYING OUT THIS METHOD

The solution concerns a method of production of toothed wheels. It consists in the fact that a tool (1) opposite a work piece (2) is during generating the teeth of the work piece (2) at each rotation axially or radially adjusted and the start of the adjustment is in stable angle position (31) of the tool with regard to the work piece (2). The preset dimension of the adjustment equals the selected movement of the tool (1) per one rotation of the work piece (2) and the whole adjustment is performed in a shorter period of time, then the time of one work piece (2) rotation. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that a screw (42) for the axial adjustment of the tool (1) opposite the work piece (2) is interconnected across a drive mechanism (11) of the axial adjustment and a screw (43) for radial adjustment of the tool (2) opposite the work piece (2) is interconnected across a drive mechanism (12) of the radial adjustment with an adjustment electromotor (41) across lamellar connection disc clutches (44) with the same torque moment, by means of mutually interconnected transmission gearings (46). The screw (42) for the axial adjustment as well as the screw (43) for radial adjustment are interconnected with a multiple disc brake (45) with at least double braking torque moment then the torque moment of the lamellar connection disc clutches (44).<IMAGE>
